TECHNICAL ADVICE AND DESIGN
We will prepare the complete design documentation for your building and provide you with technical advice. The first step in the process is to develop a conceptual design for your house. When the designs are approved, we will proceed with the construction process. We look forward to working with architects who are ready to offer the Polytech MS technology to their clients.
What else can we do for you? We can
- modify your existing design to make it suitable for the Polytech Module System technology,
- design all architectural and construction details according to your requirements,
- advise you on energy-saving systems and solutions,
- prepare a cost estimate and a time schedule for your project,
- assist you with contractor selection,
- act as your representative in the project (owner's representative services),
- take care of the necessary formalities for you, including the required approvals, a building permit (or a notification of building works), the final approval of the project and an occupancy permit,
- take you on a tour of existing single-family houses constructed using the Polytech Module System technology.
